Admissions Paperwork Update

This note is an update regarding the admissions paperwork for returning families to Hastings Ranch Nursery School. After speaking with state licensing, it was determined that the Health Screening Form filled out by a physician for parents working in the classroom will no longer be required every year. It will be required upon initial enrollment in the school, together with a tuberculosis test. Both will be good for four years. After four years, a new TB test and Health Screen will be required. However, if there is a change in health status or ability to work, the form will need to be completed before the four years is up.

So, if you already have these on file and they have been done within the last four years, then you do not need to do them again for the 2015-16 school year. Thank you and please let us know if you have any questions regarding this change.
