On April 7, 2017, Hastings Ranch Nursery School (HRNS) will host its annual Silent and Live Auction Benefit at the Imperial Palace Banquet Hall, located in Pasadena, CA. This year’s theme is Back to the 80’s! We are hoping for a successful evening and kindly ask for your consideration in supporting our fundraiser.

HRNS is a community based cooperative preschool. Our school was founded over sixty years ago by parents who wanted to be intimately involved in their child’s first school experience. This tradition of involvement continues today. Our mission at HRNS is to help children develop a love of learning through play, build a foundation for independence, foster social and emotional needs, and enable academic growth through our cooperative family of families. We continue the tradition of play based learning through the integration of STEAM. Every day, we introduce our children to lessons in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.

We are a completely self-sustaining school. However, a large percentage of the operating cost is dependent on fundraising and community involvement efforts. In order to continue another 60 years of service to the community, we hope that you will be able to support us in one or more of the following ways:

Donate a gift item or gift certificate for our Silent Auction
Purchase an ad in our digital program
Become an official sponsor of our event

In recognition for your generosity, your company name will be prominently listed in the auction’s catalog, which is shared with over 130 families at HRNS. All donations will be featured on HRNS’s Facebook page – which reaches current and past HRNS families.

And, of course, your donation would be tax deductible (Tax ID # 95-6005192). A thank you letter will be sent to you as a receipt after the event.
